After launching a successful career in feature film production, Emma Kewley studied interior design at Chelsea College of Art. She spent the following 10 years working with leading designers Martin Hulbert and Mary Fox Linton at Fox Linton Associates, where she was made an Associate in 2007.
At Fox Linton Associates Emma worked on a number of prestigious projects, including the Dorchester Group’s award-winning 5 star country house Coworth Park Hotel, and the ‘Best European Hotel’, The Grove Hotel in Herts.
Kewley Trebble is the perfect marriage of two highly experienced and sought-after interior designers.
After moving to Sussex in 2011, Emma and Matthew decided to build on the success of his work in London and join forces to offer a similar service in the South East. Today, Matthew divides his time between the two offices.
Matthew Trebble has worked as a lead designer in some of London’s most esteemed interior design practices, including United Designers and Fox Linton Associates. Matthew’s notable achievements include designing the award-winning Spa at the luxurious Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich.
In 2006, Matthew set up his own interiors company in London with a friend, Richard Spark. It offers a personal, comprehensive design service for private clients and property developers.
Whatever your vision, we can deliver flexible and tailored designs – from a simple concept to a full design scheme with drawings. To ensure we understand your needs, our service begins with a complementary consultation in your home or office. After careful consideration of your brief, we will provide you with a fee structure for your project. Each one can be provided as a standalone service, or integrated into a larger project that can be managed by us if you wish. This may be an hourly rate for a small project, or a fixed price to design and make fitted wardrobes or plan your new kitchen.
One passion, and particular areas of expertise, is designing bespoke elements for spaces.
Matthew’s background in furniture design and his technical expertise means we can create a unique solution for your project. And Emma’s relationships with craftsmen and suppliers of high quality timber, metal and upholstery work ensures that your vision is perfectly realised.
